How we work
We understand your business before we build the software.
Your project is handled in-house by a UK team of business analysts, project managers and developers. You stay involved from the first conversation until long after launch.
The process
Understand, deliver, stay.
It starts with how your business works: the pain points, the goals, the systems already in place. The software then fits around your business, not the other way round. The people who scope the work are the people who deliver it.
Discover
The audit comes first: where your data sits, which systems hold it, and the patterns hiding in the noise. All before a line of code.
Design
Architecture, UX and solution design: the plan that turns scattered data into one version of the truth.
Build
Engineering happens in-house in Wakefield, by the same people who scoped the work. No guesswork.
Integrate
New and legacy systems get connected, so your data moves as one. No silos, no duplication.
Launch & Run
Deploy, migrate, go live. Then the same team keeps improving it, with managed Azure and proactive UK support.
The difference
Software that fits your business now and later.
Bespoke work made in-house means the result matches the way you already operate. Your business does not bend around a product. And responsibility does not end at go-live.
-
Built around you
Bespoke software shaped to your workflows, processes and industry, not a one-size-fits-all product you have to work around.
-
Scalable and connected
Modular architecture that scales as you grow and integrates cleanly with the systems you already run, so your data stops living in silos.
-
Supported for the long run
We do not vanish at launch. Training, troubleshooting and regular updates from the same UK team, because we take responsibility for what we build.
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. A quote made before we understand your workflows is a guess. A scoping conversation gets you to a realistic figure quickly. We tell you early if a budget is workable, before you commit to anything.
How long does a typical project take?
A first working version is usually live in weeks, not years. We deliver in short cycles you can see. You are never months away from evidence that it works.
Who owns the software you build?
You do. The systems we build for you are yours. This stays true if you later move them to a different supplier.
What happens after launch?
We stay. UK hosting, monitoring, a help desk and the same team that built the system. The system continues to improve. It does not decay.
Do you only build Microsoft solutions?
No. Microsoft is one of our strengths, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner. We also build bespoke web, mobile and .NET systems. The recommendation fits the problem, not the badge.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Almost always. Integration is often the highest-value work we do. To replace everything is rarely the correct answer.
What size of organisation do you work with?
Every size. The same team has delivered a single digital form for a youth charity and a multi-site system for Airbus.
